1. Ko koristi uslugu

Organizator (fotograf, mladenci, domaćin) pravi nalog, otvara događaj i deli QR kod. Gosti ne prave nalog; šalju fajlove preko linka događaja.

Organizator odgovara za događaj koji otvori: da gosti znaju da se fotografije skupljaju i ko ih vidi, i da sadržaj u galeriji poštuje zakon.

2. Paketi i cene

Paketi po događaju: Besplatno (€0), Plus (€9), Neograničeno (€19) i doplata sa Plus na Neograničeno (€10). Plaćaju se jednom, za jedan događaj, i ne obnavljaju se.

Fotograf Pro je pretplata (€15 mesečno ili €144 godišnje) koja se automatski obnavlja dok je ne otkažete. Otkazujete kad hoćete; pretplata važi do kraja plaćenog perioda.

Šta svaki paket uključuje piše na stranici Cene (konfoto.com/pricing). Cene su sa PDV-om.

„Neograničeno” znači bez limita na broj fotografija i videa; poštena upotreba je do 200 GB po događaju.

3. Plaćanje preko Paddle-a

Naš proces porudžbine sprovodi naš onlajn preprodavac Paddle.com. Paddle.com je prodavac (Merchant of Record) za sve naše porudžbine. Paddle odgovara na sva pitanja kupaca u vezi sa plaćanjem i obrađuje povraćaje novca.

4. Čuvanje i brisanje

Galerija se čuva onoliko koliko paket kaže, računajući od datuma događaja: Besplatno 30 dana, Plus 3 meseca, Neograničeno 12 meseci. Podsetnik šaljemo 7 dana i 1 dan pre brisanja.

Posle tog roka brišemo sve fotografije i video događaja. Organizator je dužan da na vreme preuzme ZIP. Konfoto nije arhiva i ne čuva kopije posle brisanja.

5. Sadržaj

Fotografije i video pripadaju onima koji su ih snimili. Nama dajete pravo da ih čuvamo, smanjujemo i prikazujemo samo da bi usluga radila.

Zabranjeno je slati sadržaj koji je nezakonit, koji krši tuđa prava ili privatnost, ili koji prikazuje maloletnike na neprimeren način. Takav sadržaj uklanjamo i možemo da zatvorimo događaj ili nalog.

6. Dostupnost i odgovornost

Trudimo se da usluga radi bez prekida, ali ne garantujemo da će uvek biti dostupna ili bez greške. Preporučujemo da važne fotografije preuzmete čim se događaj završi.

Naša odgovornost je ograničena na iznos koji ste nam platili za taj događaj ili poslednjih 12 meseci pretplate. Ovo ne ograničava prava koja potrošač ima po zakonu.

7. Prestanak

Događaj ili nalog možete obrisati kad god hoćete. Možemo da zatvorimo nalog koji krši ove uslove.

8. Izmene i pravo

Uslove možemo da menjamo; o bitnim izmenama obaveštavamo emailom pre nego što stupe na snagu. Na ove uslove primenjuje se pravo Republike Srbije; nadležan je sud u Beogradu, osim ako zakon potrošaču daje pravo na drugi sud.

1. Who uses the service

Organisers (photographers, couples, hosts) create an account, open an event and share its QR code. Guests do not create accounts; they upload through the event link.

The organiser is responsible for their event: that guests know photos are being collected and who will see them, and that the gallery's content is lawful.

2. Plans and prices

Per-event plans: Free (€0), Plus (€9), Unlimited (€19) and the Plus-to-Unlimited upgrade (€10). They are paid once, for one event, and do not renew.

Photographer Pro is a subscription (€15 per month or €144 per year) that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period.

What each plan includes is listed on the Pricing page (konfoto.com/pricing). Prices include VAT.

“Unlimited” means no limit on the number of photos and videos; fair use is up to 200 GB per event.

3. Payment through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Retention and deletion

A gallery is kept for the period of its plan, counted from the event date: Free 30 days, Plus 3 months, Unlimited 12 months. We send reminders 7 days and 1 day before deletion.

After that, every photo and video of the event is deleted. The organiser must download the ZIP in time. Konfoto is not an archive and keeps no copies after deletion.

5. Content

Photos and videos belong to the people who took them. You give us the right to store, resize and display them only to run the service.

Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights or privacy, or depicts minors inappropriately. We remove such content and may close the event or account.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running, but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Download important photos as soon as the event is over.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that event, or for the last 12 months of a subscription. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

7. Termination

You can delete an event or your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will email you about material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia; the courts of Belgrade have jurisdiction, unless consumer law gives you the right to another court.
